The NEW Hamptons Foundation For The Arts has been rehearsing very hard for their upcoming collaboration production of "The Wiz" which will take place on August 11th, 2012 at the Southampton Intermediate School starting at 7:30 p.m. This cast is comprised of amazing actors/actresses and vocalist. This is Hamptons Foundation For The Arts first full musical theater production.

NEW SHOW COMING SOON 

    The founder of the foundation Tramar Pettaway not only sings and acts but he also writes productions. Feb of 2012 he completed his first musical theater piece entitled Just Hear My Song, which is about a young guy who is 17 years of age who is a great singer that everyone wants to work with. Only problem is that his mother Mama Jackson is forbidding him to sing secular music. Only music she wants to hear him sing is Gospel and in the church. This production will open Fall of 2012. 

CASTING CALL 

If you can sing, the Hamptons Foundation For The Arts is for you. The foundation not only will do popular plays such as "The Wiz" we will also be doing musical revues which can come from different genre including R & B, Jazz, Gospel and others.
